Cancellation Policy:

You can cancel all subscription-based products at any time by contacting our support team directly. Please email any cancellations to support@financialsource.co.

Your card will not be charged after canceling. We offer refunds if/when a charge was mistakenly made after cancellation.

All subscription packages are offered on a rolling basis with no minimum terms applied.

Refund Policy:

We offer a full refund on all products and services that we sell. Refunds will only be offered within 7 days after purchasing your product or service.

The purpose of the refund policy is to ensure you’re happy with the product. It is also to make certain that the product you signed up for is the same as the one we deliver to you.

We do not issue any refunds beyond 7 days after your purchase. This is due to the digital nature of our services.

Our refund policy applies exclusively to newly purchased subscription plans.

The 7 day refund option applies only for the first month of a subscription plan, refunds are not automatically offered for the following monthly payments and are only available at our own discretion if we so choose.

Each customer is eligible for only one refund per product type in line with our Fair Usage Policy (FUP).
Multiple refunds within a short period of time for different products could be considered against our FUP.

If we feel that our refund policy is being misused then we reserve the right under our FUP to refuse a refund even if the request falls within the 7 day refund period.

Lifetime Product Access Policy:

Some of our products are sold with lifetime access. This means that a single payment secures access to the product for the entire lifetime of that product.

The lifetime of the product is defined as the period during which we maintain that specific product and provide access to it.

Please note that the product for which you purchased lifetime access for may be expanded, reduced, or eliminated without notice. Purchasers are not entitled to a refund if any of these changes happen.

Annual Subscriptions:

We also offer annual subscriptions to a number of our products. We do our best to maintain product consistency, but at times, the product to which you purchased an annual subscription may be expanded, reduced, or eliminated depending on the evolution of the company. You are not entitled to a refund if any of these changes happen.
